Justin Bieber has posted an emotional
response on Twitter, after photographs of him smoking what looks
like marijuana were published on the internet.
The star told fans that he was "trying to be better" before he
made his first public appearance since the snaps, which were taken
during a hotel party in Newport Beach, California, were
exposed.
"Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get
knocked down, u get up, [sic]" he tweeted, before he took to the
stage in Utah.
"Back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do
what im supposed to be doing. performing."
Addressing his fans, he tweeted: "I see all of u. i hear all of
u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and..thank u."
"Like i said…2013…new challenges. new doubters… Im ready. We are
ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that."
Bieber apparently had security with him at the party. His team
are said to be unhappy that they failed to object to the singer
smoking the spliff at the event.
